Join the Newport Beach Farmersʼ Market and Le Pain Quotidien Fashion Island for an inaugural celebration of local food and farmers. This special farm-to-table dining experience will feature local chefs participating at the farmersʼ marketʼs chef-to-farmer demonstration series program and local farmers who participate every Sunday at the farmersʼ market.
A three-course family style meal will be provided as well as non-alcoholic beverages. There will be a cash bar for beer and wine.
Local chefs will discuss their unique relationship with the farmersʼ market that includes: sourcing ingredients directly from farmers and demonstrating healthy fresh recipes for the local community at the farmersʼ market on Sundays.
Local farmers will provide “table talks” for an in-depth look at what it’s like to grow vegetables in Southern California, the trials and errors of local beekeeping, sustainable cattle ranching, and producing genuine California crushed and pressed extra-virgin olive oil.
